Post-Treatment Aftercare
Just like any good trip, the best results start with knowing what to pack and what to skip. Now that youโve just had a treatment, this page is your quick guide to everything you need for a smooth recovery. Think of it as your post-treatment passport to feeling comfortable, clear, and confident in what to expect next.
Whether you're experiencing a bit of redness, sensitivity, or just checking to make sure you're doing it right, hereโs what to keep in mind:
Step 1: Cool the Area (Avoid Direct Rinsing if Advised)
Gently apply a cold compress or an ice pack wrapped in a clean cloth to the treated area for 10 minutes every hour within the first 24 hours. This helps soothe the skin and minimize redness or swelling. Avoid direct rinsing unless specifically advised by your specialist.
Step 2: Apply the Anti-Inflammatory Cream
Use the cream every 6โ8 hours for the next 3โ5 days, or as needed. Itโs made to help reduce irritation and give your skin some extra support during the healing process.
Step 3: Moisturize + Protect
After the cream has absorbed, apply a plain, non-irritating moisturizer to maintain hydration.
Heading outdoors? Donโt skip the SPF. A broad-spectrum sunscreen is essential to protect the treated area, rain or shine.
Step 4: Monitor & Reach Out
